1. Who this policy covers

PartnerAdvisor V31 provides website intake and WhatsApp-based product, business and customer support. “We”, “our” and “the service” refer to PartnerAdvisor V31. We do not present it as a separate registered company or use another company as its legal identity.

2. Information we may process

Depending on how you contact us, this may include your WhatsApp number and display name; content you choose to send; message timestamps, IDs, type and delivery status; conversation history needed to continue support; website enquiry details such as name, contact number, interest, question, referral source and page URL; a partner-account request's real email, name, language preference and an irreversible phone fingerprint used for roster matching; and essential security or technical records.

Please send only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes or unnecessary identity documents.

3. Why we use the information

We use applicable information to answer questions you choose to ask, provide product and business education and customer support, keep conversations continuous, send requested materials, verify approved-partner identity, create personal accounts and enforce resource permissions, and maintain the security and reliability of the website and messaging service.

A phone number is private verification evidence, not a replacement for a personal email account, password or secure sign-in link. We do not sell personal information or use messages to promise medical treatment, guaranteed income or guaranteed results.

4. Anonymous website and video analytics

The site may record an anonymous browsing session, product page, video start, watch milestones, completion, share-button use and enquiry-button use. These events help us understand which content genuinely helps visitors and improve the site. Analytics records do not store a raw IP address, phone number or name; an anonymous browser session is not a verified individual.

A share-button event means the visitor used a sharing feature, not that a recipient read it. Video views alone do not prove customer or business outcomes. Anonymous content events are normally retained for no more than 180 days.

5. Services that help us operate

The current architecture may use Meta / WhatsApp for messaging, OpenAI to assist response preparation, n8n for workflow orchestration, Supabase for configured records, Vercel for website hosting, and Cloudflare for network delivery and security controls.

These providers may process data outside your country under their own security, privacy and service terms.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep applicable information only for as long as reasonably needed for support, conversation continuity, security, reliability and legitimate record-keeping. Retention may vary by record and system.

You may request deletion of applicable conversation data, media and related customer records. Limited records may need to remain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or system-integrity reasons; backups may remain until normally overwritten.

7. Security and your choices

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service, but no online service can promise absolute security. You may withhold optional information, stop the conversation, or contact us about applicable deletion options.
